VIEW

workbook views

Normal view->view the document in normal view

Page layout->view the document as it will appear on the printed page

Page break view->view the preview of where pages will break when this document is printed

Custom Views-> save a set of display and print settings as custom view

Full Screen->view the document in the full screen mode

Show/Hide

Ruler->view the rulers used to measure and lines, up object in the document

Gridlines->show the lines between rows and column in the sheet to make editing and reading

Message bar->open the message bar to complete and required action on the document

Formula bar->view the formula bar which you can enter text and formulas in the cell

Headings->show row and column in the headings

zoom

Zoom -> open the zoom dialog box to specify the zoom level of the document

100% -> zoom the document 100% of the normal size

Zoom to selection->zoom the worksheet show that the currently selected range of cell fills the entire window

WINDOW

New Window -> open a new window containing a view of the current document

Arrange All -> tile all open program window side-by-side on the screen

Freeze pane->keep the portion of the sheet visible while the rest of the sheet scroll

Split -> split the current window two parts so that you can view different section of the document

Hide->hide the current window so that it cannot be seen

Unhide->unhide any windows hidden by the hide window

View Side By Side -> view two documents side-by-side so that you can compare the document

Synchronous Scrolling ->  synchronous the scrolling of two document so that they scroll document

Reset Window Position -> reset the window position of the document being compared side-by-side so that they share the screen quality

Save workspace->save the current layout of all windows as workspace so that it can be restored later

Switch Windows -> switch to a different currently open window
